You must be at least 18 years old to use this website and to opt in to receive messages from us. By using the site and providing your information, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
Home value reports
Any home value estimate provided is an informed opinion of value based on available market data and is not an appraisal. Actual sale price depends on market conditions and other factors. No estimate is a guarantee of value or sale price.
SMS / text messaging program
By providing your phone number and checking the consent box, you opt in to receive recurring marketing and informational calls and text messages from Austin D Parish, including via automated technology. Messages may include responses to your home value request, real estate inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, market updates, and other related real estate services.
